The office is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturdays.
When can I access my storage unit?
Access your storage unit 7 days a week from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Am I required to store long-term?
Tenants are never required to store long-term at Storage Butler. We offer flexible month-to-month leases.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, state ID or passport.
Does Storage Butler offer labor to help load or offload my belonging?
Yes, Storage Sutler can help provide assistance to help with moving and storing your belongings. Please inquire with us for details and pricing.
What type of storage solutions do you offer?
Storage Butler provides climate control storage, non-climate control storage, RV & boat parking.
What security features do you offer?
We offer state-of-the-art 24-hour video surveillance, coded gate entry, and perimeter fencing.
Do you offer climate-controlled units?
We do offer climate-controlled storage units. Protect your belongings from freezing temperatures and intense humidity.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
What items am I NOT allowed to store?
Tenants are never allowed to store flammable materials such as paint, varnish, thinners, gasoline, kerosene, and oil, bottled gas, aerosol cans, nail polish and remover, ammunition and explosives, corrosives, cleaning fluids and detergents.
