Here is a list of the most frequently asked questions by
parents, students and university employees:
Where are the items stored?
We have a very secure storage facility that
we rent for the summer. Our building is also fully insured
for your belongings.
Can I store valuable items?
Yes you can, but we would prefer that you take these things
home with you. If you're storing anything of extreme value,
including digital cameras, expensive jewelry, and computers,
we ask that you mark the item on your sheet, and take a picture
of the item in the box before it is sealed.
Can I pick up my items?
We only allow our employees to transport your
items for liability purposes. We also do not allow anyone
access to the storage facility during the summer.
Can I store my items for part of the
summer for a smaller fee?
We only allow storage for 3 months at our flat fee.
Will you store items not in boxes?
Please view our additional
item page for prices of goods not in boxes.
What if I don't return to school?
It's your responsibility to get the items
during the move-out time. You will need to make arrangements
with our company to find a neutral drop-off area.
What if I don't live in the dorms
but still need storage?

any special requests.
